DESCRIPTIONAt the heart of a construction rather modest, and still quite identifiable chapel which has been reconstructed for increase in the office accommodations, decorated in the apse on an outer side by a wonderful fresco of first half XVI century, a dwelling of the eremite, a garden and a cistern to pick up the rain waters.The new architectural installation of the villa was included in the natural context of the slope of the mountain that it remodelled by means of a wide terracing supported by arches blind and lightly jutting out on whom an artificial levelling was created for a monumental garden in the Italian style on which it opens compared to the villa, with three fornix to the plan of the garden. This fornix introduces into a wide foyer adorned by a nicchione decorated with stones spunghe that recalls on the mind ancient sanctuary much more rich and wide.On the side of the garden, to a lower share, another fornix gives access for an environment covered with times to cruise, perhaps thought like a lemon-house or a covered porch where to take the fresh one in the sultry days and to be protected from the sudden summer showers.Thus, the decision of a problem of transformation of the settlements eremitici scarce, into a sumptuous residence has been reached.Owners had possibility to enjoy a combination of charm of the uncontaminated nature represented by the "savage" mountain covered with thick woods from ilexes and the industry of the man, expressed by the villa and especially a garden where skilfully cut box bushes were stretched on the West to a valley. In the apse of the original chapel of San Paolo Primo Eremita a known Spanish workshop carried out a decoration to fresh, that perhaps it is now in part under pale. The front of the ferrule of the arch absidale is painted by it by a refined motive to turn Floreals that one concludes in the part sommitale with a clipeus within whom an Agnusdei camps. In the centre of the apse, within an almond with nine joyful cherubs there is the Eternal one that supports the horizontal arm of the cross with Christ and over that vertical the Holy Spirit, in shape of dove put into frontal vision and with the open wings. On both sides to fill the space - the figures of two saints On the left side S. Paolo Primo Eremita quite recognizable by the dress.
