Billing Receivable Management Solutions, LLC knows that billing is a vital part in the ability to be reimbursed for services provided. Our billing staff has years of experience, both in educational and on-the-job training, in billing various third-party administrators. We understand that the patients are ultimately responsible for services rendered but it is often more expedient to collect from the insurance company rather than the patient once appropriate coverage is verified. Receivable Management Solutions, LLC will file all claims on behalf of the client. We may be able to provide the EDI connection you need, without disrupting your current system. Receivable Management Solutions, LLC know that some offices may have outdated medical billing software. We offer services to be billed in our innovated software programs to help expedite payment. We can also assist the practice in having the same program install in their office for front office personnel to have the ability to handle daily accounting transactions and scheduling.

At Receivable Management Solutions we know that coding requires a team effort we have a team of professional coding staff to assist in the entire process. We make the proper precautions to assure the information being billed out is properly documented in the medical records system.
