Leadership-: 

Leadership- -> Leadership is the process of influencing an organized group towards achieve its goals . -> Leadership is directing and coordinating the work of group member . -> Leadership is the action that focus resources to create desirable opportunities .

Values -: 

Values - - Values are the set of affairs that are consider by the individual to be important . - Values play a important role in one’s overall psychological makeup. - Values can affect behavior in a variety of situations.

How do Values develop ? :

Principle-centered Leadership -- This approach postulates a fundamental interdependence between the personal, the interpersonal, the managerial , and the organizational levels of Leadership. The unique role of each level may be though of like this …….

1) Personal --: 

1) Personal -- when one is trustworthy can one is trusting relationship with others. 2) Interpersonal – Relationship that lack trust are characterized by self-protective efforts to control and verify each other’s behavior.

3) Managerial - : 

3) Managerial - Many skills such as team building, delegation, communication , negotiation , and self management. 4) Organizational – An organizational will be most creative and productive when its structure ,system.

Culture-: 

Culture- - It refers to those learned behavior characterizing the total way of life of member within any given society. - Cultures differ from one another just as individuals differ from one another.
