OBJECTIVES:

OBJECTIVES To find out how the Organization Environment look like. To interact with employees, conduct survey and collect information on various issue. To do a survey on organizational behavior of the company on the basis of its work culture. To prepare a questionnaire to analyze the satisfaction level achieved by the employees working in the organization.

FINDINGS:

FINDINGS SUPPORTIVE MODEL IS OPERATING IN THE ORGANIZATION . Infrastructure :- Sufficient space for office work. Proper furnishing. Proper sitting arrangement for employees and customers. Ambience & Work Environment :- Good professional relation is maintained between the employees.

CONT’D:

CONT’D Presently FINWARE Software is using now in the bank but in the future new technology implementation is always welcome. Customer advisory panel.

LIMITATIONS:

LIMITATIONS Time limit . Some of the employees were not ready to fill the questionnaire due to their busy schedule.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

RECOMMENDATIONS Reduction in minimum amount of opening account. Increment in working hours. Increment in no. of teller counter. Transaction charge should be lower for non home branches. Make easy to transfer money to other bank accounts through net banking .
