Interviews Attire Girls – Formal blazer, scarf, trousers (or formal skirt), Saree, no loud make up or perfumes Boys – Formal Blazer, formal tie, formal shoes, do not put a pen in upper pocket

Interviews : 

Interviews Entering & Greeting Do not enter without “May I please come in” NEVER SHAKE HANDS WITH YOUR INTERVIEWER (Unless they stretch hand out first) Wish the ladies on the panel first and then the men (Before 12:00 noon – Good morning, Up to 4 Good afternoon, after 4 Good evening) Do not sit until asked to Unbutton the lower button of blazer while sitting otherwise it will cause discomfort (do it subtly, don’t struggle)

Interviews Question / Answers First LISTEN carefully and have few seconds for yourself to grasp the focus of question Be polite while answering Do not argue, “they” know it better that is why “they” are interviewing “you”, not the other way round Control your temper & do not react vehemently Keep your answers short and to the point

Interviews Question / Answers Continued….. Do not challenge them back Accept the shortcomings instantly It’s OK to say “Sorry, I don’t know!” Do not blame or defame anyone in the interview Maintain the confidentiality of earlier employer and NEVER share information about him in the interview

Interviews Summing up Let “them” tell you that it’s done Do not jump out of chair and give “sigh” of relief there (do it outside) Thank all (ladies first) Standard “Have a good day!” is ok while leaving; If it’s late evening “Have a pleasant tomorrow!” is better and different, than saying “Have a good night”
