Resting Heart Rate : 

Resting Heart Rate Resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats in a minute.When you are resting,sitting or standing still.The best time to check your heart rate is in the morning when you first get up from bed.The average RHR for an 8 11 year old is 62 BPM. The average resting heart rate for an 12-15 year old is 60 bpm.

Target Heart Rate. : 

Target Heart Rate. Your target heart rate is the goal you should try for when you are exercising.To make your heart strong.Target heart rate depends on your age your target heart rate is 60 % to 80% of your maximum heart rate is 220 minus your age.The average target heart rate for an 8 11 Years old is 130. The average target heart rate for 12 15 year old is 115.

Conclusion I learned that jumping jacks make your heart work harder than skipping, walking, running, and jumping rope because my heart beat the fastest when I did jumping jacks.

How can this help me in real life? : 

How can this help me in real life? It is important to keep your heart strong. I can keep my heart healthy by exercising. Walking, skipping, running, jumping rope, and jumping jacks are great activities.
