Artificial Intelligence :

Artificial Intelligence

Agenda :

Agenda What is artificial intelligence? Type of A.I. What is intelligence? Branches of A.I. Application or uses of A.I. Characteristics of A.I. Advantages of A.I. Disadvantages of A.I.

What is artificial intelligence? :

What is artificial intelligence? The branch of computer science concerned with making computers behave like humans. The term was coined in 1956 by John McCarthy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

TYPES OF A.I. :

TYPES OF A.I. Weak Artificial Intelligence Strong Artificial Intelligence

Weak Artificial Intelligence :

Weak Artificial Intelligence Weak A.I. refers to technology that is able to manipulate predetermined rules and apply the rules to reach a well-defined goal.

Strong Artificial Intelligence :

Strong Artificial Intelligence The second form of artificial intelligence is strong A.I. Strong A.I. refers to technology that has the ability to think cognitively or is able to function in a way similar to the human brain.

Branches of A.I. :

Branches of A.I. Logical AI Search Planning Representation Inference Common sense knowledge and reasoning Learning from experience Pattern recognition Genetic programming

Applications or Uses of A.I. :

Applications or Uses of A.I. Computer science Finance Medicine Heavy industry Transportation Telecommunications Toys and games Music Other

Characteristics of A.I. :

Characteristics of A.I. The ability to act intelligently, as a human. The ability to behave following "general intelligent action." The ability to artificially simulate the human brain. The ability to actively learn and adapt as a human. The ability to process language and symbols.

Robotics :

Robotics A.I. inventor creates his own robotics and he is pleased because she has 13,000 dialogue sentences and can feel pain!
