Example of a Team Building Exercise : 

Example of a Team Building Exercise Objective: To awaken an understanding and collaborative-helping relationship between superiors and subordinates Group size: This exercise may be administered to groups where both the superiors and followers or subordinates are participants. Time required: Approximately 30 minutes

Physical Setting: Participants should sit on movable chairs to facilitate the formation of groups. Activities: Participants are asked to read and reflect on the posters. The facilitator asks the participants to analyze the meaning of the poster and see what message it conveys to them. Superiors and subordinates of the same unit group together to discuss how the message gleaned from the poster can be applied to their own groups.
