Electric-energy consumers are divided into 3 categories, residential sector, commercial & industrial sector, and public sector, with different increase rates of consumption. 3 load centers of Skun, Kampong Thom, and Siem Reap Provinces are taken into account for load demand forecast. Construction site for substation (4 places) Construction site for steel tower crossing the river (2 places) Construction site for steel tower at every around 30 Km. KTC Cable / OX Engineering Tower : Tower Procedure for Tower Design ? The practical design of towers is necessary to figure out the amount of the budget. ? In order to calculate the weight of towers, the following actions were performed. • Type of towers, insulators, and other options are decided through “Tower Study” by inputting the route data. • Tower design conditions are chosen by referring to the weather data of the project area. • After the tower design conditions are simulated with Tower Maker, the weight and other variables are decided.
