Process Streamlining (PS): 

Process Streamlining (PS) Process: A group of steps with a beginning and an end that accomplishes something Sub-Process: A part (or subset) of a process Step: Individual (discrete) task or activity Incremental Improvement: Existing vs. new Incrementally improving an overall process by improving or redesigning its individual steps and sub-processes.
