The City of Napa Hiring Process : 

The City of Napa Hiring Process Determine if you meet the minimum requirements for the job. Call Taker requires one (1) year of office support work combined with working with the public and the ability to type at least 35 wpm. When the city has an open recruitment for the position – APPLY!!! If there is not a current opening submit an on-line interest card. Be successful in the recruitment process! Pass the Multiple Choice VIDEO Examination Pass the Oral Interview Examination Place high on the eligible list! Be successful in the department hiring process! Successfully complete the polygraph and background investigation. Obtain a conditional job offer and successfully complete the psychological and physical examinations. Successfully complete a six-month probationary period.
