5 th Grade Science Project Lessons on learning to evaluate websites for factual information using the websites about the subject we were studying (changes in matter) Learn to collaborate with fellow students- students worked in groups to conduct an experiment on changes in matter – students responsible for recording experiment using video, photographs and note taking.

5 th Grade Sharing with Wisconsin Christmas Around the World Sharing project – Both classes researched the same questions about Christmas Around the World then Skype’d with each other sharing the answers Weather Project Wiki where students shared weather for a month – skype’d to discuss, teachers used weather chart to have students create graphs for math class. http://wi-gaconnections.wikispaces.com /
