Presenter Will prepare his/her presentation as per the scheduled date and time. Each presenter will be given only one chance and if he/she is absent on scheduled date, a zero will be awarded. However one more chance may be given with the permission of HOD under certain circumstances

Chairperson : 

Chairperson Will introduce the topic within 5 min based on the content of presentation Will be responsible for LCD/Mike arrangements in time Marks split: LCD arrangement in time 02 Introduction in time 03

Reporteur : 

Reporteur At the end, will summarize and comment on the overall presentation within 5 min Marks split: Summarizing within time 05

Class will be divided into group of 6 students each These 6 students will be assigned one industry Individual student in each group will have to choose one Company from the assigned industry and present on it. Student is free to choose his/her area of interest from Marketing, finance, HR,IT and focus his/her presentation on that particular area.

Structure of presentation Overview of the industry (History, Growth, Landmarks, major players and their market share) Profile of the Organization Company’s History Recent Achievements and milestones Product range of the company / industry Performance of the company over the last few years (Statistical Profile)

At end of each session : 

At end of each session Two students will be declared in danger zone They will be asked one question each regarding the presentation If answered correctly, marks out of 05 will be awarded within class participation component

Danger zone You can be in danger zone if: You create indiscipline or misbehave or disturb the presenter On any other undesirable behavior which hinders the smooth functioning of the seminar You will be told immediately and decision will be last and binding to all
