Look for these 5 key characteristics: Has strengths where you do not and is willing to directly guide you. Loves to help people grow. Listens and gives encouragement. Has a track record for successful mentoring relationships. Is someone you unabashedly admire and respect and will follow even if you don’t like or agree with what they require you to do. What Do I Do Now? : What Do I Do Now? Application: to put into use especially for some practical purpose; to employ, diligently, or with close attention. 7 Steps of Application : 7 Steps of Application Think about areas in which you need improvement. Write them down. List possible mentors who are strong in each area. Do not limit yourself to your direct upline or leaders in your company. For example, if your leaders do not train on using internet marketing strategies, you will have to go elsewhere for mentorship.
