Who: CEOs, Top Management and General Membership Average attendance: 350 When: February, April and June Activation: These events would be a great group to educate about the Advisory Council when it is set to launch in the 4th quarter. You should be able to reach people who have a vested interest in your various causes. We would love to have Luc speak at an upcoming CEO Speaker Series, which would further ingratiate the highly esteemed crowd into your community opportunities. Finally, this is a great place to grow your social networking platform.

Regional Business After HoursAssociate Sponsor What: The seventh annual Regional Business After Hours features a unique regional collaboration among Middle Tennessee chambers, with 19 chambers, 200 exhibitors and over 1,300 attendees. Who: Small business owners, as well as a broad range of industries and professions are represented because this is the largest networking opportunity of its kind.  When: November 12, 2009 at the Nashville Convention Center Activation: With such a large event you could promote a number of different programs such as your Spay and Neutering or your pet adoption programs all in one place to at least 1,300 attendees, many of whom are from outlying areas where the programs can be particularly relevant. Overall, this event would be the perfect place to promote the Pedigree Foundation as well.

Young Professionals Package Associate Sponsor (5 events) What: YP Nashville is a partnership of young professional organizations working to engage, connect and empower young professionals to actively shape the future of the Nashville region. The goal of YP Nashville is to connect young professionals to diverse opportunities for networking, professional development and community involvement. Who: Emerging Leadership from the Under 40 Age Group When: 5 times a year Activation: These events are ideal for spreading your message among the under 40 crowd. This demographic is heavily involved within our community and would be a great group to educate about your Advisory Council. These events can also be used for leadership engagement of your young professional associates within our Chamber opportunities.

Young Professionals Package Associate Sponsor (5 events) YP Day: This event is a half-day conference with keynote speakers, panels and interactive breakout sessions to motivate and train young professionals. The average attendance is 200. YP Educational: Professional and personal development topics that are important in today’s economy are discussed by industry experts to train young professionals how to be the best employee, boss or potential employee that a company could want. The average attendance is 60. YP Networking (2): Networking with150 young professionals who have proven their leadership in the Nashville community through their professional achievement as well as having demonstrated a positive community impact. NELAs: Nashville Emerging Leader Awards are given to Nashville young professionals for significant accomplishments in their chosen career fields as well as their commitment and contribution to the community. The average attendance is 250.
