Motivation Many syndicated web contents exists on sign languages. None is syndicated on sign language. The syndication is done on text format. 4

Motivation:

Motivation World Federation of the Deaf (WFD), confirmed that 80% of Deaf people lack education or are undereducated, are illiterate or semi-literate (2003). The most web content was not accessible to the deaf community. 5
