TIME MANAGEMENT : 

If I waste a minute, I waste an hour; if I waste an hour, I waste a day; if I waste a day, I waste a lifetime ! TIME MANAGEMENT

If you can control how you spend your time, you can control your life. In order to put your time management skills into practice, you need an overall view HOW YOU SPEND YOUR TIME? :

MONITORING YOUR TIME Current use of time vs projected /ideal use of time List out the activities you want to do and set the projected time. Now analyze with the current use of the time for same activities. Do it continuously. You will be surprise to see that most of the activities we will not in line with the projected time. Consciously or unconsciously we will spending more time in some activities Sharing experience – In any one of the activities I am line with my projected time. It may be sleep, work, recreation and food. How to know my current time and projected time is a big ?

We need a formal system to know about our time : 

We need a formal system to know about our time 24 Hours Schedule- List out all the activities that you do in a day and give time for each activities Shared time : This is the time you spent with others who mean a lot to you. Eg. Spouse, children girl/boy friend and so on. Private time: This is the time you set aside to do you own things. Eg. Gym, recreation and so on. Work time: This is the time you spend working at all aspects of your job. Project time: This is the time you spend on projects such as home improvements and so on . AM I DOING ALL THE ACTIVITIES AS PER THE SCHEDULE ?

TIME EATER Once we became aware that we waste our time let us see how and by whom our time wasted BY YOURSELF - Procrastinating/delaying BY YOUR SUBORIDNATES -by advise seeking on every little thing - not open to correction/improvement - uninformed visits - not being punctual BY YOUR SUPERIORS/BOSS -involving you in unplanned works - too many changes in work - insisting things to do his/her way - no proper guidelines SHARE YOUR EXPEIENCE
