The Class of Mr. Loyko:
The Class of Mr. Loyko Over 90%African American, Few Hispanics and Caucasians. Linguistically; a large Créole culture, a few Spanish speaking children, and some linguistic backgrounds from other parts of the world An Inclusion class with some children that fell into the legislation of IDEA but most students did not. Handicaps included coding and decoding deficiencies covered in 34 CFR 300.8(c)(10 ) of IDEA. 18 students had IEPs
