Four Phases to a Healthier, Slimmer Body with Almased

Almased Phase 1:

Almased Phase 1 By substituting each meal with an Almased shake, you reset your metabolism to burn fat while maintaining muscle. The easily-digestible protein in Almased keeps you feeling full for four to five hours.

Almased Phase 2:

Almased Phase 2 The following phase is called the Reduction Phase. During this phase, ideally, you’ll enjoy two Almased shakes (for breakfast and dinner) and one solid meal (lunch) per day.
