We also developed Trickle Impregnating Machines for varnishing of electrical machines windings such as armatures, rotors, field coils, stators. These machines are suitable for varnishing of electrical windings in mass production. Auto electrical parts, mixers, fans, electrical motors, Instrument transformers etc. are few to name. We also manufacture Vacuum Impregnation Plants for big electrical windings and Vacuum Drying Ovens for drying of transformers, capacitors etc. On line transformer oil regeneration plants are under development. Normally Impregnation is done in following manner 1. Insulating & mechanical properties of varnish. 2. Proper filling of gaps & voids. To achieve & ensure the above two points during varnishing one should use the appropriate varnish & method depending on the geometry of the job. Trickle Impregnation Technique:

In today’s competitive world the electrical insulation materials and the processes are viewed with tremendous cost and quality consciousness. Varnishing of electrical machine winding forms a major part of the total cost of the electrical insulating materials. With the increasing costs of energy and solvents for use in varnishing, it has become a need of the hour to look into the change in the conventional impregnation methods such as Dip and bake varnishing or the Vacuum impregnation.​ On this background Trickle impregnation technique was evolved to improve the varnishing quality coupled with reduced cost. Batch Type Trickle Impregnating Machine:

Trickle Varnish Impregnating Machine is suitable for pre-heating, trickling and post heating of stators. The machine is simple and compact in design. It is easy for operation and maintenance. It is ideally suitable for batch type production of stators. The machine is suitable for carrying out following automatic cycle. 1. Load stators on spindles, connect winding wires, close the front door and start cycle with push button. 2. Spindles start rotating and get pre-heated to predetermined temperature. 3. Temperature of stator is sensed by non Contact-Us TIC. 4. Spindle holding plate is tilted up and varnish pipes are tilted down to adjust the place of trickling. Vacuum Impregnation Plants / Pressure Impregnation Plants:

Vacuum Impregnation Plants and Pressure Impregnation Plants is designed for varnish impregnation to be carried out in following steps and will be generally as per the schematic diagram attached . Pre-heating the jobs in either Impregnation Chamber or in Oven if you have a less time available.Evacuation of vacuum Impregnation Chamber (after putting the jobs) to make the voids in the jobs clear and drying of jobs for specific time & required temperature / vacuum. Induction of impregnant (Varnish) in the Impregnation Chamber from impregnant Tank to submerge the jobs in it. Pressurize the Impregnation Chamber with dry air or nitrogen to fill the voids with Impregnant . Return the varnish to Impregnant Tank. aCure the jobs either in vacuum Impregnation Chamber or in Oven for specific time if time available is less. Industrial Oil Purification Systems:

Industrial Oil purification systems are designed & manufactured to suit the specific requirement of the customer. Normally the oil is deteriorated by contamination of foreign particles, moisture (free & dissolved), oxidation sludge etc. The deteriorated oil affects the performance of the equipment in which it is used because of change in properties. Different modules are designed to remove particular types of contaminations. The purification system normally consists of filtration / purification stages for economical operation.
