Data Mining - ABC Classification: Overview Creation of a Data Mining Model:
For the Data Mining Model, the InfoObject Sold-to Party (0SOLD_TO) is the object to be classified, while the InfoObject Net Value in stat. Currency (0NET_VAL_S) is usedas classification criterion.
Creation and Execution of the Analysis Process:
A query is created on the Sales: Overview InfoCube to serve as data provider. The analysis process is created in the Analysis Process Designer.
The data from the analysis process is stored in a transactional ODSObject.
Creation of Results Query:
A query displays the results of the analysis process, that is, the InfoObject Sold-toParty is divided into A,B, and C classes.
For more detailed analysis purposes, the scenario installation guide describes how tocombine the results query of the analysis process and the standard query Incoming Orders into a Web Template.
