Navigate the Plato software system
Complete a tutorial, application, and mastery program to an 80% level
Use excel and Plato to create an interactive worksheet that retest students on the activity they just “mastered”
Complete the interactive worksheet to an 80% completion level.
Mindtools :
Mindtools The students will model the ability to create an excel program which can be saved on a network and be edited and answered by their peers.
By using the software program and then creating an interactive excel sheet students will be able to evaluate their understanding which will facilitate a conceptual change
Mindtools :
Mindtools Students will create an excel sheet that ask 5 questions.
Those questions will be based on the tutorial, application, and test that they just mastered.
The excel sheet should have interactive questions that allow other students to edit, complete, fill in.
Mindtools :
Mindtools Students show evidence of meaningful learning by evaluating their own knowledge, and then creating a worksheet that can be edited and continuously reworked until it is mastered.
Student Assessment :
Student Assessment Students will be assessed with a rubric
The following categories will be evaluated
Mastery of individual lesson (tutorial, application, test)
Completion of a 5 question, interactive excel worksheet successfully saved to the school shares drive
Correctly answering another students interactive worksheet and posting comments about the questions at the bottom of the sheet
