NC AP Partnership Instructions for AP Exam Invoicing – NC Public Schools 2015

Step 1: Log into the AP Exam Ordering website: http://www.collegeboard.org/school/:

Step 2: On the Landing Page, click on the ‘Generate Invoice’ link:

Step 4: Enter Used and Unused Exam Quantities. Once data is entered, click ‘Next’ to move to the next page.:

Step 6: Enter Fee Reductions. Once entered, click ‘Next’ to move to review and submit your invoice.:

The quantity entered here will receive a $29 fee reduction per exam. This quantity may include : homeschool students private school students students who were not enrolled in the corresponding course. Enter the number of used ‘low-income’ exams that are eligible for a Option 1 North Carolina fee reduction. The quantity entered here will receive an additional $53 fee reduction per exam. This quantity may not include: home school students private school students students who were not enrolled in the corresponding course. Enter the number of used ‘ non low-income’ exams that are eligible for an Option 2 North Carolina fee reduction. The quantity entered here will receive an additional $82 fee reduction per exam. This quantity may not include: home school students private school students students who were not enrolled in the corresponding course . Note: The quantity entered here will also be used to determine the number of exams eligible for the $9/exam NC school rebate

Step 7: Review and Submit your invoice.:

To print your invoice, click the "Print Invoice" button on this page. Payment for any fees not covered by your state (e.g. surcharges, labels, unused exam fees) should be made payable to "AP Exams" and mailed with your invoice to: AP Program P.O.Box . 6671 Princeton, N.J. 08541-6671 Please note that two (2) additional copies of the invoice will print. A “School Copy” for you to retain for your records and a “State Copy” for you to retain in the event that the state requests a copy.
