Business Counseling Stage 0: The Pre-venture stage is when a client has an idea and is in the process of evaluating its feasibility and whether to fully pursue its development . Stage 1 : During Start-up stage 1, the client forms a company and begins formal activities related to the development of the business. This stage has two phases: Pre-revenue and Initial Sales . Early stage, high-growth companies will advance through predictable stages of business development.

Stage 2: First Growth stage starts after the client has developed a sustainable business model, meaning sales revenue can be projected 3-6 months forward. Stage 3: Stability stage is when the client has established an organization with a team of people who understand what the company is trying to accomplish and what their role is within the business. The client at this stage is actively looking for ways to grow and further develop the business.

The WTBC features a modern data center with collocation cabinet space available for lease.  The WTBC Data Center is located in a secured, monitored space within the business incubator located on the University of Wyoming campus.  We protect your data and internet connection with redundant cooling and power systems.  Remotely monitored and managed PDU’s are available, as well as remote alarming.  It also has high-speed broadband, power distribution units, and web-manageable switches with multiple ports . Four times the internet capacity of the entire UW campus • High-speed broadband connection • Redundant 30 amp 208 volt PDU’s with (24) C-13 and (6) C-19 plugs divided between (2) 20 amp circuits on each PDU. • 45U (U = 1.75 inches) Chatsworth Terraframe server cabinets with locking doors. • Web-manageable switches with 24 ports. 2. Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur Networking e2e is an educational networking program with chapters in Laramie, Sheridan, and Gillette designed to improve the climate for the start-up and growth of entrepreneurial companies. Five meetings are held each year where entrepreneurs meet with other entrepreneurs and business service providers. Ideas are shared, plans are developed, and many partnerships are formed.
