Introduction Many believers who desire to drink can quote verses like 1 Timothy 5:23 & John 2 Christians have been squeezed into the mould of permissiveness because they simply do not have the answer

New Wine Versus Old Wine : 

New Wine Versus Old Wine In Bible times grape juice was called wine New wine - in the cluster (Isa. 65:8) Old wine - strong drink, mixed wine (Hab. 2:15; Prov. 23:29-32)

New Wine Versus Old Wine : 

New Wine Versus Old Wine Old wine (fermented liquor) was forbidden to the Jew of the Old Testament (Deut. 29:6) They could drink the “pure blood” of the grape (Deut. 32:14)
