HEAT TREAT : 

HEAT TREAT 3/4/2010 3 Standard tooling (non-HSK & shrink fit) tooling is made from premium 8620 alloy, and are carbon hardened to Rc 58-62 with .06 case depth (twice the competition). HSK & Shrink fit tooling are made from premium tool steel, which is vacuum hardened using our proprietary Nu Heat method which imparts greater molecular stability and material memory giving our tooling extremely long life.
