Our Objective Maxima Rebuild Center is a world class facility, its purpose is to achieve yearly business growth by selling machine rehabilitation and component rebuilding services. Damaged or end of life machines and components are restored, reviving their function, performance and durability to the same level as new ones by utilizing advanced salvage techniques and original manufacturer technologies. To achieve its goal, MRC maintains an organization of highly experienced and skilled personnel trained locally and abroad. The facility is also equipped with special and high tech tools and equipment, it boast of being the only one in the country that has a 130KW hydraulic test bench and 2000Hp engine dynamometer.

Our Location How to get there: Coming from the H.O. or Makati Area, ride a bus along Edsa Ave. going to Malinta Exit, if coming from Monumento, ride a jeepney bearing the sign “Malinta Exit” or “Royal Mall”. Services We Offer III. Oil Analysis (KOWA) What is Komatsu Oil & Wear Analysis? KOWA is a preventive maintenance service developed by KOMATSU to prolong the service life of Komatsu machines. It is used to detect abnormal wear in engines, transmissions, final drives and other areas requiring lubrication. Oil sampling are regularly taken and analyzed for amounts of metal particles and water.

MRC Milestones In the year 2007 Maxima Machineries Inc. has invested $2 Million for the development project of the Malinta Shop into a world class facility. This has resulted to the renaming of the shop to Maxima Rebuild Center. Before After

In the year 2008 Development has continued focusing on tools, equipment and manpower improvements. MRC Milestones Purchase and commissioning of Test Equipments like Hydraulic Test Bench and Dynamometer. Special tools were also purchased under a special discount provided by Komatsu. Six personnel's were sent to Komatsu Reman Asia for training on Operations and Management of rebuild center.
