Here are some important hints which will help us to judge where we commit mistakes. It will help us to analyze ourselves, so that in future we can be aware of our day to day actions. It will help to reduce our own mistakes drastically, if we understand this small preview. Reason No. 1 : Reason No. 1 FORGETFULLNESS Due to this particular reason, human mind tends to commit most number of mistakes. We should prepare our minds in such a way that we are able to remember even the smallest of things with ease. Reason No. 2 : Reason No. 2 MISSUNDERSTANDING If our mind is not capable to understand even the simplest of information, then you are bound to commit the most number of Mistakes. At the very outset, always try to understand the correct meaning from the information available. Reason No. 3 : Reason No. 3 WRONG IDENTIFICATION Always try to identify the correct information available at the very outset. Reason No. 4 : Reason No. 4 LACK OF EXPERIENCE It’s a well known fact that knowledge grows with experience, hence always try to handle every new situations with a bold face. Do not worry even if you fail the first attempt, be sure that when you attempted the first time, you gained that experience to excel in the next. Reason No. 5 : Reason No. 5 WILLFUL (IGNORING RULES & PROCEDURES) If you are a person who is regularly ignoring the laid down rules & regulations by your willful actions, you are bound to commit many mistakes. Rules & Procedures are made so that as a fresher it helps to trudge along the dotted lines. So be careful for your willful actions. Reason No. 6 : Reason No. 6 INADVERTENT OR SLOPPINESS As the word suggests, if your workplace is a total mess or even if your attitude is inadvertent, you are a good agent to commit mistakes. Reason No. 7 : Reason No. 7 SLOWLINESS/LAZYNESS The definition itself is self explanatory, in the sense in this speed-age, we cannot remain slow or lazy. When we realize that, we start to patch up for the time lost and as a result in hurrying up things, we are prone to commit a number of mistakes. Hence to avoid this situation the best option is to move at a correct pace from the start. Reason No. 8 : Reason No. 8 LACK OF STANDARDIZATION If we do not organize our work schedule and if we do not standardize it according to the need of the hour, we are deliberately pushing ourselves to commit the mistakes. Reason No. 9 : Reason No. 9 SURPRISE SITUATIONS When we are bound with situations which sprung up surprisingly, we are not at all prepared to face that, which puts us in a situation where we are prone to commit mistakes. Reason No. 10 : Reason No. 10 INTENTIONAL (SABOTAGE) If one has decided to intentionally do such things which are not positive in nature, mistakes are bound to happen as the last result/outcome.
