HIRING : 

HIRING You are being hired as per the ethical rules applied by the company for the sole purpose of doing the specified work which will be entrusted upon you as you join our organization based on the Principal of Mutual Trust & Respect.

PAY POLICIES : 

PAY POLICIES The Pay Policies as agreed at the time of hiring will be followed while implementing the hiring process. The Policy agreed will be best as per similar industry standard.

WORK HOURS : 

WORK HOURS The scheduled hours are as follows: Monday to Saturday: GENTS : 9.55AM to 7.00 PM LADIES : 9.55 AM to 6.30 PM

INHOUSE WORK ATTITUDE : 

INHOUSE WORK ATTITUDE During the stay at workplace it is sincerely expected from everybody to maintain the decorum of the work atmosphere without indulging in any sort of nuisance. Person found to be flouting any sort of disciplinary rules will be dealt severely including termination if the situation arose.

DRESS CODE : 

DRESS CODE All the employees are entrusted to appear in proper Formal dresses during the work hours in the office. Any sort of Informality or Indecency will not be tolerated at any cost. Please be sensible to yourself.

LUNCHTIME/REFERSHMENTS : 

LUNCHTIME/REFERSHMENTS Refreshments /Tea/Coffee/Lemonade is served at 11 AM and at 4PM- a total of twice in a day. Kindly adhere to the principle sincerely. Lunch Hour has been fixed from 2PM to 3PM Strictly. As soon as the lunch is finished everybody is expected to resume their works as soon as possible without wasting any time. Complete adherence and co-operation is expected from everybody.

NET/SOFTWARE/HARDWARE USAGES : 

NET/SOFTWARE/HARDWARE USAGES Everybody is informed that un-necessary usage of Net services including up-loading/downloading, chatting etc for personal usage will not be tolerated at any cost. Similarly un-ethical usage of office property including CD’s, pendrives/flashdrives, etc is also prohibited. Anybody indulging in such malpractices will be dealt with severely.

COMMUNICATION TOOLS USAGE : 

COMMUNICATION TOOLS USAGE Communication tools usage like the usages of Phones, Fax, Cell Phones, etc belonging to the company shall not be used for any personal usages. Strict adherence of the rules is expected from everybody.

LEAVE/S ALLOWED : 

LEAVE/S ALLOWED For getting the leave sanctioned a proper request addressed to the Admin Manager should be forwarded in advance, as far as possible. Different leaves allowed are as follows:-

VACATION LEAVE- Employees shall be entitled to a paid vacation in each fiscal year as per the following chart:- :

NOTE: : 

NOTE: Employees who have not completed six(6) months may not be granted leave in that period, although credit will be accrued during that period.

SICK LEAVE - : 

SICK LEAVE - Sick Leave is taken when sickness, injury, or pregnancy or confinement (in case of female employees) prevent the employee to perform job duties or when the employee is needed to care for a member of their immediate family who is ill. Informing for sick leave is mandatory by way of a simple phone call as the situation arises to the admin manager.

BREAVEMENT LEAVE – : 

BREAVEMENT LEAVE – The death of employee’s spouse, spouse’s parent, children, brothers, sisters, grandparents or a very close family person constitutes bereavement leave. Employees can take upto 5 (Five) days of Bereavement Leave, with proper information to the Admin Manager by way of a phone call as the situation arises.

STUDY LEAVE – : 

STUDY LEAVE – If any employee is pursuing any further higher studies, he may opt for study leave prior to the commencement of his/her exams until the last day of the exam. Prior intimation in writing is must to the Admin Manager.

FESTIVAL LEAVE- : 

FESTIVAL LEAVE- Festival leave will be granted on the basis of the prior application of the employee depending upon the necessity/urgency occurring in the organization at that time.

SPECIAL NOTE : : 

SPECIAL NOTE : THE CEO MAY GRANT EXCEPTIONS TO ANY OF THE RULES AND LIMITATIONS AS EXPLAINED ABOVE.
