Estimated Length of Project Total planned duration of project * Rate of performance = Estimated length of project 12 weeks * 2 = 24 weeks

Schedule Overrun Estimated length of project – Planned length of project = Schedule Overrun 24 weeks – 12 weeks = 12 weeks over

Budget Overrun:
