01 How to Register with NCIR voice

Welcome to the How to Register with NCIR lesson for the North Carolina Immunization Branch.

Slide 2: 

How to Register with NCIR When you get ready to register with NCIR start by clicking on First Time NCID User. Please remember when you get ready to register with NCIR. You must open up Internet Explorer and type in https://ncir.dhhs.state.nc.us in the address bar.

Slide 3: 

You need to choose Business as user type. Click Continue when done.

Slide 4: 

Choose the Country and then click Next (Personal Info) when done

Slide 5: 

Enter all of your personal Information. Include the address for your facility- not your home address. When you’re done click on Next (Password Info)

Slide 6: 

Enter the username that you want to use. This will always be your username for the NCIR and can be whatever you want it to be When you choose your password make sure that you have at least 8 characters with 1 number and 1 special character (!*#@$%^...) You will need to answer 5 challenge questions and provide answers for each. You can select which questions you would like to answer by clicking on the drop down box. When you have answered 5 questions click Next (Review Collected Data)

Slide 7: 

Please review all the data that you have entered before you click Submit Registration. If you need to edit something you can click the Prev button to go back. When you have verified all the information Please Print this sheet for your Administrator then click Submit Registration. Only click this once. It may take a few minutes to process.

Slide 8: 

If you have registered correctly then you will get this message. You will then need to take your user name to your Administrator and they will add you into the NCIR. Do Not try to log in from this page. Your administrator must add you as a user before you can log in.
