Meter Access Notice : Meter Access Notice Please make sure that our meter readers and technicians have safe access to your meters and restrain any aggressive pets. Billing and Payment Schedule: : Billing and Payment Schedule: Slide 24: Monthly bills are generated approximately one week after meters are read. Slide 25: Payment is due within 20 days of the bill date. After that period, a 5% late penalty will be assessed and appear on the next month’s bill. Slide 36: Minimize your hot water use, and set the water heater thermostat at 120 degrees. Slide 37: Summertime means sweltering temperatures.
