DROPS VS. AIR:

DROPS VS. AIR Have players drop one at a time to appropriate landmark. Can setup a number of cones across the field. Once someone kicks the ball (may simulate) returner sprints behind cone. Make sure that drop gets to cone, turns, flips, and backpedals. Incorporate a coverage man after Work on finishing block, not allowing coverage man frontside

DOUBLE TEAMS:

DOUBLE TEAMS Start without drops Work on 2 on 2 concept align with one player in between the DT , other player 10 yards away. Have player in the DT stay in the middle of the double, off player works outside or inside. Have off player work to overtake DT or climb to take on safety 2 nd phase involves player in DT picking a side, send off coverage man away and to the same side. Incorporate drops
