Ryan thought the fighter was a Mig. He sent these photos to the Satellite Sentinel Project (SSP). SSP’s analysts at Harvard Humanitarian Initiative – identified the fighter as a SAF Frogfoot. :

1. Give urgent priority to protecting civilian populations by appropriate means.:

2. Fulfill the international Responsibility to Protect civilians by supporting the opening of unrestricted, humanitarian access to Southern Kordofan for delivery of food, water and medicine. :
