Flexible Thinking Processes Lean Thinking, was originally championed by James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones (Lean Thinking, 1996, Simon & Schuster UK Ltd). Key lean manufacturing principles: specify value by specific product, identify the value stream for each product, make value flow, pursue perfection. We also believe that all employees need to be able to recognize the difference between value and waste. For this to occur it is necessary to educate employees on how to refine their “thought processes”, with the aim of improving the flexibility, creativity and efficiency of the “thought process” .

To achieve this objective it is necessary to engage all employees in a structured learning process, with an objective of educating all employees about key principles of lean manufacturing. Flexible Workstations : 

Flexible Workstations We can assist different companies with the conversion process of static workstations to more flexible workstations. Over the next few months we will develop an experimental workstation at Wiseman Institute, which will be based on lean manufacturing principles. Some aspects of the development process, will be published on You Tube, to enable our students to study key principles of lean manufacturing online.
