Final Phase Fat Loss Review In this Final Phase Fat Loss review, there’s a few main things I want to go over: What makes up the Final Phase Fat Loss system The pros and cons of this system Who can use this system Whether or not this system really works The Final Phase Fat Loss system is made up of several parts. The Exercise Library, which shows you how to do each exercise for the system. The Fat Loss Manual, which is the core of the system. This is what actually teaches you the science and method of the system.

The Quick Start Checklist, used to help you get started faster. It does this by asking you questions on completed tasks. Once you’ve done them, just check them off. Training Sheets for each type of workout (there are 4 main types). A Results Journal to help you keep track of your progress. All of these parts are included in the package, and are downloaded in a .zip file after you purchase the system. That said, here’s the core of this Final Phase Fat Loss review- the pros and cons of this system.

Slide 3: 

Cons: Multiple files to open, instead of one really big .pdf. Nutrition guide is more about counting calories and grams of protein, fat, and carbs than some other guides. This is opposed to other guides, which sometimes give lists of the “right foods” to eat. Fairly expensive compared to some other guides

Pros: Discusses the effects of genetics and hormones on fat storage, and how to reverse them. This includes insulin, estrogen, and cortisol, among other things. Why most diets and weight loss systems don’t work. The scientific reason why its hard to lose the last few pounds. Several types of training, and multiple workouts for each type. These schedules are also very easy to follow. Detailed exercise library. How to properly use cardiovascular training, and why most people fail to burn fat with running. Files for each section are properly labeled and allow quick navigation to what you want to read (exercise library, fat loss manual, etc.)

Now I want to get to the next section of this Final Phase Fat Loss review- who can use this system? The system was initially designed to be used by anyone with the motivation and drive to follow through with it. Your current physical fitness level doesn’t matter, although you may want to consult a doctor if its been a very long time since you last exercised. Final Phase Fat Loss works by using 4 different training types to build strength, explosiveness, agility, and burn fat. The system bases things on your current fitness level. For example, if you have trouble running for the High Intensity Interval Training (a cardio workout), then you can jog for the high intensity portion.

And if the most pushups you can do at the beginning of Final Phase Fat Loss is only 4 or 5, that’s fine! As long as you’re pushing yourself and following the system, you will get stronger and more fit in time. Again, if you are concerned about whether or not you can follow this exercise routine, you may want to consult a doctor. But know that Final Phase Fat Loss was designed to be used by anyone. Now, to the REAL question you’ve been wondering- Does Final Phase Fat Loss work? The conclusion that I’ve come to is- yes, it DOES work- BUT…. It only works if you follow it correctly. This is a very thorough program, but many people will only take the bits and pieces they like and use those.
