Intensive Diabetes Care Are you managing diabetes? Would you like more individual time with a provider to speak about your diabetes? Then come join use for a program that offers additional support for patients managing diabetes More frequent visits with members of the team Individual and group sessions

Reading Assessment for children ages 7- 13 : 

Reading Assessment for children ages 7- 13 A computerized reading test that tells you the reading level of the child Takes only 15 minutes FREE Every child gets a free book each time they take the test

Promotion of Healthy Habits for Children : 

Promotion of Healthy Habits for Children A program that assists parents in establishing and promoting healthy habits with their children. Focus on helping children maintain a healthy weight and healthy eating habits.
