Project Background In 2006 the Foundation for Promoting Arts Education 501(c)(3) Board of Directors agreed to launch a capital campaign for a LEED Platinum school and theater project. With the programming and conceptual design completed, FPAE will commence construction of the North State Children's Theater 501(c)(3) in 2012 with the theater ready for its grand opening in fall 2014.
