ESCWA? Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia. 7 working Units Created by the United Nations, 1973. Permanent headquarters: Beirut – Lebanon. 14 Countries members. Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the Sudan, the Syrian Arab Republic, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen.

Organize informal bi-annual session: “Rotary Lebanon and UN-ESCWA”.
