Introduction :
Introduction This lesson will introduce the importance of Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), but also apply concepts in Algebra I by examining price changes over time and why that is so.
Task :
Task Students will utilize various resources on the internet to find information on prices of vitamin C, and how prices have changed over time.
Student will analyze and apply various skills to evaluate the changes in price as well as deciding why this is so.
Evaluation :
Evaluation The evaluation will follow a similar format as the one shown on right.

List of prices, comparison, report, etc.
