Vinegar Foot Baths Mix together 1/2 cup vinegar and a quart of very warm water in a basin.
Soak your feet for 25 minutes
Dry off your feet. Don’t forget about in between your toes.
The vingar will dry out your feet and also act as an exfoliant
Also inhibits toe and foot fungus
Salt Water Soak :
Salt Water Soak Simple and Effective
Use Epsom salts for softer skin
Use warm water
Exfoliate with a loofah beforehand for better results
Soak for 25 minutes and then towel dry
Sage Tea Treatment :
Sage Tea Treatment Sage Tea contains Tannic Acid (a natural astringent)
Fill a basin with 4 or 5 Sage Tea bags and add warm/hot water
Let the tea bags steep until fully dissolved
Soak your feet in the solution for 25 minutes
Dry off afterwards
You can wash off the tanned skin color with soap and water
