After the acquisition of MetaMind it appointed Richard Socher the founder as the chief scientist with the mission to imbibe more intellectual features in Salesforce across CRM platform with a focus to get an in-depth knowledge in sales marketing and customer services. Meet the customers of Einstein: Marco mentions that he is fond of two customers who have readily adopted Einstein capabilities due to its ease of operating: Rooms and Board the furniture retailing company and US Banks. Room and Board is an old customer of the Marketing Cloud. Recently it has implemented Einstein particularly for its email segment. It wants to target emails of men above the age of 35 living in California so with Marketing Cloud the customer can also include a parameter to detect the chances of someone reading the emails. This feature has helped boost up the open rates by 15 according to Marco. He also stressed that with Salesforce implementation there is a unique advantage as customers entrust their data it lies safely in the system.

Room and Board had earlier used Marketing Cloud and now after installing Einstein the data are already kept intact.
