Slide 10: If you are not sure whether you need 5S rules to improve the organization of your surrounding workplace, do this simple test: open a document cabinet and answer the two questions looking at the nearest pile of papers. If you did not know the answer to at least one of the questions, you certainly need 5S rules to organize your work in a better way 5S - Office Question 1 : what does the document right on top of the pile refer to? And question 2 : what does the document at the bottom of the pile refer to? Which company would you like to work for? : Which company would you like to work for? Example 1 before introducing 5S Before the introduction of 5S? Which company would you like to work for? : Which company would you like to work for? Or after the introduction of 5S? Example 1 after introducing 5S Which company would you like to work for? : Which company would you like to work for? Example 2 before introducing 5S Before the introduction of 5S? One of the primary causes of these types of waste is the absence of 5S rules Slide 18: Overproduction How many products should there be and where should they be stored? Slide 19: If transport over considerable distances is required, problems with locating the goods occur.
