Some people are saying that is could be humans who full well make the world end (e.g. destroying the ozone layer) some religious people say that is could be god who presses the stop button him self. Scientist only believe this because of the Myans. The Myans created a calendar which as loads of drawings on it and on the last page historians believe it shows the end of the world!
