What is Project Based (PBL)?:

What is Project Based (PBL)? The short: Teachers facilitate the general objective, student figure out the how to complete the objective. Unlike other teaching strategies, PBL is not a compliment to curriculum, but IS the curriculum. What is Distance Education?:

What is Distance Education? Simply enough, it is a type of learning completed outside of the supervision of the instructor Not to be confused with e-learning or online education While ICT can facilitate distance ed , distance is not a defining characteristic of e-learning Homework is the most common form of distance education By switching traditional order of homework to allow students to introduce themselves to information, they come better equipped to complete the project in a more efficient manner. The big “but”……… Even though it is important to differentiate between e-learning and distance ed , it is important to understand e-learning can create efficiency in the learning environment.
