2nd Line Software Support (Guildford) Working as part of a larger team, the 2nd line support analyst is responsible for the handling of calls having been initially analysed and subsequently escalated by the front line support team.  The issues handled by the support team are varied in nature and from customers using our various products. Respond to support calls efficiently. Monitor and resolve EDI translation and routing errors. Handle escalations and take appropriate action when required. Ensure Service Levels are met.
