About the business The business idea is to set up a micro brewery, local beer for local pubs and inns, All ingredients from local farms in Gloucestershire, An eco friendly approach to the art of brewing, The brewing process will be in the heart of the Cotswolds.

What is real ale? All beer/Real ale is brewed from malted barley, hops, yeast and water, although other ingredients such as fruit, wheat and spices are sometimes used. Competitors As the beer brewed is extremely local and organic there are no direct competitors, However taking into account other brewers in the area there are a few but not as many as there pubs supplying the beer in the area.
