How can its past and present performance be characterized? What is its potential? What is the situation in which the manager or organization finds itself? What factors have contributed to the present situation?

Is there a disparity between what the organization wants to do, should, can do and must do? Potential Outcomes What will be the buyer, trade, and competitive response to each course of action? Oral Presentation At a minimum, slides should cover each of the following areas: An opening slide showing the ‘title’ of the presentation and name of the presenters A slide that outlines the presentation (perhaps with presenters’ name by each topic) One or more slides detailing the key problems and strategic issues that management needs to address A series of slides covering your analysis of the company’s situation and problem A series of slides containing your recommendations and the supporting arguments and reasoning for each recommendation and the associated reasoning has a lot of merit
