The drugs were commonly prescribed for pain management until they were recalled in November of last year. Since that time, Darvocet lawyers have argued that their clients have experienced potentially life-threatening medical conditions as a result of using the drug. The Darvocet litigation will explore whether the drug manufacturer adequately warned potential users of the risks associated with the medication. 3
