PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE  Pelvic Organ Prolapse is the protrusion of the uterus into the vaginal canal.  It occurs due to the weakening of the muscles of the pelvic floor and the ligamentous fascia surrounding the uterus.  Women who had difficult or instrumental delivery are more susceptible to develop a prolapse.

HYSTEROSCOPIC POLYPECTOMY  Uterine pathologies within the cavity of the uterus can be dealt with using hysteroscopy.  Hysteroscopy involves filling the uterine cavity with fluid and using a telescope to visualize the cavity.  This process greatly increases implantation rates and also alleviates any excessive bleeding if any.
